Missing scrollbar on right sidebar (Recommended & Trending section)

Bug Description

The right sidebar that contains the Recommended topics and Trending sections is not scrollable, so content that extends beyond the viewport cannot be accessed.

Current Behavior

• Recommended topics and Trending lists get cut off on smaller screens or shorter viewports.
• No vertical scrollbar appears for this sidebar.
