Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
XKCD comics are hard to search. By adding the ability to associate tags to comics and to search for comics by tags it will be easier for users to find comics that relate to various subjects.
Describe the solution you'd like
User's should be able to create new tags. Tags should be unique (the same tag should not exist if only white space, case, or tense differs).
