Feature request: caps-lock virtual led on the taskbar

Feature request: add a virtual caps-lock led to the taskbar, since almost all laptops lack a real led, and I enable caps-lock by mistake too often :)

lxde panel and ubuntu unity IIRC have it. Default position could be in the tray area, or maybe in the far-left of the taskbar (to be close to the real caps-lock key).

I am not the biggest fan of having this functionality in icewm. Maybe it should be added to some systray applet, like fbxkb?
