Allow the bridgebuilder to extend and retract matching blocks

When I use tinker's mechworks, I can put 5 blocks on one side, and 5 on the other. Trigger the builder, and it puts the 5 blocks together neatly to make an unbroken stretch of 10. Trip the switch again, and it neatly sorts into 5 and 5. When I do this with LL, one builder tries to retract everything, leaving a hanging strand of 5, and one builder empty.

Is this a bug or was it intended behaviour? I can't remember. Pretty sure we had this scenario in QC testing.
