Implement sentence to download file and verify its contents

The goal is to be able to interact with the necessary UI and download a previously uploaded file to a configurable directory (or simply just the resources directory). Once the file is downloaded, compare the contents (presumably via MD5 checksum) in order to verify that the original file was not tampered with.
