Add sound

• Allow to turn sound off with settings, multiple options to turn of the background sound, or all sounds
• Select sounds
• Create a service class to play sounds, use the options
• From the game play service, inject the sound service, and play sounds

Sounds:

• Starting the application
• Starting a game
• Setting a move
• Won
• Lost
• Background sound
