MacOS Sonoma newest version fix

This is an issue I've encountered and I think this is the proper place to report my success in resolving it.

If you chose "run recaf" in launcher setup, go to /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Recaf/ and delete launcher folder (Launcher repo explains that but it doesn't explain where exactly %RECAF% could go with an abstract "where you installed it")

Then update JavaFX and recaf and run.

I think this issue can also serve as a suggestion to add troubleshooting.md file or some sort of
