Documenting and Rewriting into Jazzy

Over the break I want to fully document (changing read me and summarizing each packages use and how it does so). Note any issues that might arise by opening a new git issue to prepare. Anything missing, ineffective, or inefficient should be listed as an issue (suggestions not strictly necessary but preferred).

This work will be split among us and I want each of us to claim what we can get done by Monday, Dec 1st.
