Show warps and homes in dynmap

Hi,

please add a feature to show warps.

I previously used xWarps which supports showing the defined warps and now switched to CommandsEX and I'm missing that feature.

Showing player homes would also be a nice feature.

It should be added as independent dynmap layers so users can enable only homes, only warps or both.
