Search bar on mobile doesn't span full width

The search bar doesn't span the full available width on mobile devices, which causes the text in the search bar to be truncated as well. A fix here would make sure that the search bar takes up the whole width, improving the UI.

I found the pages where I have to make changes. but in the readme nothing is mentioned about the setup.
And in the main branch, there is so many readme that I am confused.

The setup instructions have been added to the gh-pages branch, so check them out. Make sure to be familiar with Jekyll as the site uses this framework. The theme we have built the site on has also been mentioned. Thanks!
