DSS support #37
Description
We should develop code to support the differential methylation analysis using the DSS package directly on methrix (without conversion to bsseq).
I started a new branch, called DSS_support, where I have already submitted code to work with in-memory objects. Optimizing scripts for HDF5 objects still needs to be done.
Eventually, we can send a push notification to DSS, or build it into the methrix itself.
