Allow async deployment #1189
Description
The Farmer.Deploy module offers an execute function that runs synchronously. It would be great if there was a function that runs asynchronously. This could be useful to free up resources on build agents or other components that make deployments.
The specific, slightly wacky use case that I have where this would be useful is for container apps that run Farmer deployments in response to certain events.
