Manually getting app id?

With the scraper down, is there any way one can manually find the app id for a recent app version?

Do you mean the binary id for a version? In that case https://github.com/ComputerElite/Oculus-Downgrader should still scrape oculus by itself, only using OculusDB as extra source. Alternatively run a scraping node yourself to help update OculusDB

I am a little worried that it might violate the TOS for the developer account...

It does technically violate TOS but I haven't seen anyone get in trouble for running a node. The node also respects the limits set by the meta api

When I tried using the downgrader, I got the message:
Request to Oculus failed. Please try again later and/or contact ComputerElite.
Couldn't get results from Oculus

Could you specify what you've been doing? Perhaps even attach the log file please. Are you running a scraping node or oculus downgrader?

I have a question out of curiosity: given that Quests normally auto-update apps, how does the Downgrader keep the downgraded apps from auto-updating?
