Feature Request: Integration for `webhook`

webhook is a small service that takes http requests ass webhooks, applies some configurable rules to them and if those match runs the configured command.

It is already packaged as webhook for Debian and it would be great if it came pre integrated into OMD:

• path in reverse proxy
• default configuration file in new sites
• integration with OMDs service management

It would be useful for automating configuration deployment, passive HTTPS based monitoring checks and whatever else someone could come up with.

We don't have that use case right now, but
it is pretty straight forward to add custom services to OMD:

• Add a rc script in etc/init.d (use etc/init.d/node_exporter as example)
• Add symlink to etc/rc.d
• Optionally add a apache reverse proxy config to etc/apache/conf.d (use etc/prometheus/apache.conf as example) if this is a web service.
