BUG REPORT: fstab option bind return error (exceeding options: bind)

After upgrading to version 0.41, fstab mounts report a false error: "mount /home/bar exceeding options: bind"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
fstab:
10.10.1.10:/mnt/nfs/foo   /mnt/foo   nfs     ro,nfsvers=3,noatime,nodiratime,_netdev,nordirplus      0       0 
/mnt/foo/bar /home/bar none bind,_netdev 0 0 

**Software:**
 - OS Debian 12
 - SNClient Version 0.41
