Entering Zip Code on dev system does not work anymore

Describe the bug
The zip code can't be entered anymore

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://dev.covmap.de/#/postalCode
2. Click on the zip code input
3. Enter some numbers

Expected behavior
The numbers are shown in the input field and I can continue
