DB Support (MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB...)

Hi, I suggest to add DB support for save the locations of our BlockParticles.

It could be useful for people who want sync all BlockParticles per servers (Hubs for example)

Thanks for the request, I am currently just updating BP to work with newer versions of MC and fix bugs but ill keep this for if I start working on this more.
