The reactor is not working/working uncorrect

It has uranium and graphite rods, but after reinstalling the blueprint in the controller, the reactor output rotates for a moment and immediately stops.

And also, when reinstalling the blueprint in the controller, 1 rod is consumed per transfer of the drawing (I can understand).
But what I can't figure out is the fact that if I keep resetting the blueprint to the controller and back until it runs out of rods, the reactor output will start rotating without any fuel💀...

I specifically left only Create and 'Nuclear' in my mod build to eliminate possible inconsistencies in my mod build.

for the moment the mod is in beta so logically it doesn't work and we are aware we will try to resolve it but we haven't had the time (and for me the motivation)

Yep, I understand this, I really like the idea of the mod and want it to develop, I would like to support you, but since I am from Russia, many payment methods are closed for me :(
