Can't drag rods in from EMI/JEI to reactor blueprint GUI

With base Create filters, you can drag items in from JEI/EMI to the filter UI without having them in your inventory, as the filter doesn't contain/consume the item anyway

However, with Reactor Blueprints, you cannot do this.

For EMI or REI I don't know if it would be normal since Create didn't do the accounting but for JEI I don't know it must be a bug but for now I don't see how to solve it for now
