Please add support for nicovideo url shortener

I want cytu.be to accept nicovideo urls in form of https://nico.ms/sm666666 . Need to edit this file a bit for this to work https://github.com/CyTube/mediaquery/blob/master/src/provider/nicovideo.js

Also, I think this line there is wrong, `if(!id.match(/^sm\d{7,8}$/)){`, there are still videos with only 1 number to them, for example https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9
