[Rodan-client] Filtering the project table also filters the project navigation tree

When you filter the project table in Rodan, the navigation tree in the navigation panel on the left also gets filtered.
This shouldn't happen. All projects should always appear in the navigation tree.

Although the table below doesn't have any projects that match the filter, the navigation tree should still be displaying all projects.
