Support for Gotop/SZ PING-IT T906/Vinsa T1161 drawing tablet

Hello.
Mostly just for fun and testing purposes, I bought this drawing tablet. You can find the manual on their website
Back at the time I bought it, I used Nobara and I think it was working there. But now I am using CachyOS and the drawing area isn't recognized properly anymore. The system now maps the the little drawing area in the middle, which you can see in the manual to the whole laptop screen.. This space is normally just there for Android devices, the large space should be active when plugged in a Laptop/PC. Changing settings in KDE Plasma which I use also doesn't help.
Configuring the buttons or pen buttons doesn't seem to work either since changing anything there in the system settings doesn't change any behaviour.

So if there are any additional steps I can try please let me know. I tried installing drivers, packages and programs, nothing helped so far.
