imp deprecated in Python 3.12+, importlib needs implementation in its place

As the title states, cannot build python-redfish-utility in Windows 11 (and other OSes, surely) due to module imp being called. imp was deprecated after Python 3.12, replaced with importlib.

If I can figure out all the dependency calls, I'll contribute the fix....but I'm a n00b, so if AI can't do it for me, I'll just be the complainer (notifier!). :)
