Versions needed

Can you please details versions required for R and the various dependencies?

This software is rather old but we are attempting a new install. In our experience, the latest versions of various packages often do not work.

Known working versions for each of these would be helpful:
R
bedops
bigwig package
all the other R packages installed in rDeps.R

Sorry about the delay. I installed dREG using the code on the homepage without any issues. I can lookup the versions that worked for my install and add those to the dependencies.

Alternatively, the BioHPC core at Cornell has made a docker image that might be easier to install: https://hub.docker.com/r/biohpc/dreg
