Add support for Lists as input parameters to qRest Functional Calls

It currently does not seem to be possible to pass a list to a kdb function using qRest.  It is possible to work around this by passing a list as a string and converting it at the kdb end, but it would be useful if lists were supported out of the box by qRest.
