Mods Aren't Working

Hi. I have the drag and drop mod installation, but it isn't working. It saves them, but they aren't active. CAN ANYONE HELP OR KNOW WHAT TO DO?!?!?!?!??!?!?! Please help!

Only replying because this is still open...

"Drag and drop" mods are usually handled by Forge. I'd suggest making sure you are running the appropriate Forge build for your minecraft version and make sure your mod jars are going into %appdata%/.minecraft/mods
