Teleports Error when in Bed / Boat / Minecart / Riding

Hey,

Teleports seem to go badly wrong, even teleporting to the Void and other strange places if the user teleporting is riding something, or in bed. Might it be worth doing a quick check a second before teleporting confirming the user isnt sleeping or riding something.

If they are, Error out saying something like:
Please stop sleeping and try again
Please stop riding and try again
Please get out of the boat/cart and try again

Otherwise process teleport as usual.
