Disclaimers into README #11

If (if!) this should at any time be made open to the public, the README has to start with two big disclaimers:
- Using this tool most likely (check first!) violates the Flickr API terms & conditions. Even more so when using more than one API key.
- The data downloaded is totally private information according to GDPR, and you have to provide everybody in the dataset (=every user!) with information (how, what, by whom, for how long) and justification (why) you process their data, as well as with an easy and accessible opportunity to withdraw their data from your data set. Or you immediately minimise and pseudonymise the entire data set you download
