[UX] Store last read scroll position #1452

Description

It would be nice to be able to read the news feed in chronological order. Currently if you close the app, you will be reset to the newest post, skipping any unread posts. It is a little cumbersome to scroll back down to where you left of. An option would be nice to store the latest read position such that if you come back, all new posts will be put above your current scroll position. This way you reading posts in chronological order would be quite easy. And if you just want to read the newest posts, a button could appear, taking you back to the top, if you aren't already. That's at least how the Mastodon app does it.
