Feature Request. Add Input fader, Input meter, Input limiter button

Most recording devices have means to control and monitor input signal.

This is a request for:

1. Input meter to understand the input level.

2. Input fader to regulate the input level.

3. Input limiter checkbox to raise the input level without digital clipping. Limiter artifacts are acceptable, digital distortion is not.
