Shapes: fix sh:class for protocol/securitySchemaType to dprod classes

Clarification: fix SHACL sh:class targets to DPROD classes

Issue: [#141] tracks correcting SHACL property shapes that reference non-existent DCAT classes. DCAT does not define Protocol or SecuritySchemaType; these are defined in DPROD.

Current SHACL fragments (incorrect):

Why this change:

• Aligns with ontology where dprod:Protocol and dprod:SecuritySchemaType are defined.
• Avoids pointing to non-existent DCAT classes, improving validation and tooling compatibility.

Acceptance criteria:

• Update ontology/dprod/dprod-shapes.ttl to replace dcat:Protocol → dprod:Protocol and dcat:SecuritySchemaType → dprod:SecuritySchemaType.
• Rebuild the spec; verify dist/dprod-shapes.ttl and the site reflect the corrected targets.
• Link the PR to close Shapes: fix sh:class for protocol/securitySchemaType to dprod classes #141 and reference ontology issues #98.
