Harmonise titles/names of the notebooks in this repository

We need to find the way for the naming convention of the notebooks which are published in this repository. Think of naming them, by specifycing the categories (OSC or PRR, Use Case, Platform-dedicated notebooks etc.) and the order in which they are supposed to be run. See example from openEO. The titles for each notebook should also follow some harmonized naming convention.
