Now that [Prism 8.0](https://github.com/PrismLibrary/Prism/releases/tag/v8.0.0.1909) has been released the dependency could be updated, and as there are breaking changes: - Update `PrismFormsTestBase` as `IPlatformNavigationService` has now been removed from Prism.
