Add an artist search field

Here's some more info:

• Put it next to the normal search input
• Make the final query release:(RELEASE NAME) AND artist:(ARTIST NAME)
• Make it so they don't both have to be filled out to work

This might be one of the last enhancement issues here before our first release!
