allow passing a user agent string

I'm writing an improved version of my d.org patch workflow script, dorgpatch. It seems to me that it would make sense to use this project to make API calls to d.org :)

I'd like to pass a user agent string in to the API, as recommended in the docs for it on d.org. That doesn't seem to be possible currently.
