relative path issue

Depending on the location of the workspace folder PSCAD may get some trouble reading the IMTB_f.txt file with this error:

--> Error while opening file for read: ../IMTB_f.txt

This may be an issue if the absolute path to this file is too long and cannot be used by PSCAD (max 69 characters).

Solution might be to warn the user of too long path name and cancel the scan or at least mention in the user manual.
