Calculate and show FLOPs and parameters in ONNX

To show more information of ONNX file, I will use C++ to implement these functions when iterating graph.

• Implement functions with C++
• Write pytest for new functions

I think I need shape inference function because most ONNX models don't contain dimensions in all nodes. It will make me have no information to profile these data (MACs, parameters and so on).

I think the way I calculate is much like FLOPs instead of MACs, so I change the title.
