Description
The existing build script is missing at deb_dist/stdeb.cfg file required to make a build. In addition, since both distro can work on 16.04 we should create a 16.04 deb package build. Currently this won't work as the updated dpkg-buildpackage will trying to run tests. This can be avoided through the use of environment variables.
Deployment
Try to build for 'ubuntu' '14.04' pulling from master. It won't work.
