Add support for all medical devices

Looking at the complete list of medical devices, the API seems to be missing quite a few:
https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/device-advice-comprehensive-regulatory-assistance/medical-device-databases

Going through the repo there seems to be a few different ways that the data is obtained in order to make it available. Perhaps sharing some of there patterns, would help others contribute to the project?
