RACSignal does not fire callbacks on HTTP 204 #8
Description
When deleting a comment the GitHub API will sent a HTTP 204 response. RACSignals do not fire any callbacks but perform the request.
Cause of that syncingTimelogEntriesOfIssueFailed: and syncedTimelogEntriesOfIssue: won't get called reliable.
