Add Support For Slash Commands

Since Discord is migrating all bots over to slash commands, TDL is falling behind the times. TDL still works with bots that have the "Message Content" privileged intent, and theoretically this shouldn't be an issue for TDL since it's unlikely a TDL-linked Discord bot would be in 100+ servers, however, it'd still be nice to support them.
