Add Crude Method for Future Versioning On Advancements

Add a reflective attempt at getting an advancement's name and description, which will only fail if any of the reflection accesses fail. I think this method could provide some future-proofing if I'm not around at some point to update it, older versions should *attempt* to get the name and description of an advancement even if it's not directly supported.
