Adding the definition for different satisfaction levels:

An item from the test checklist can be classified as either "Not Satisfied", "Partially Satisfied" or "Satisfied".

An item from the test checklist is classified as "Not Satisfied" is there are 0 tests related to it.

An item from the test checklist is classified as "Satisfied" if there are tests related to it, and the tests cover at least one case from the following three categories: expected use case, edge case, and one adversarial or error case.

An item from the test checklist is classified as "Partially Satisfied" if there are tests related to it, but one of the categories of test cases is missing. For example tests that cover at least one expected use case are missing, or tests that cover at least one edge case, or tests that cover at least one adversarial or error case.
