I've talked with Christian's group about this and it seems to be an issue with the way the UW library system has their Globus repository system linked in to this dataset. They are looking in to it but do not have an ETA.

As a workaround I was able to link to it from the SerialTrack repository link (on https://minds.wisconsin.edu/handle/1793/82901), which brought me here:

and I was able to click through to the TPT example dataset. Hope that work for you too.
