Keyboard shortcut possible?

Hi, nice app! Would it be possible to add a keyboard shortcut (systemwide) to easily change the voice/language on the fly? With your tool (and a keyboard shortcut) it's easier to read texts in different languages when using the Option + Esc read aloud function of MacOS.
