[bug]: Quick Create issue, Wrong type of input for extension.

Issue Description

On the quick create process, the input "extension" should be a type text and not a type number.
If an extension starts with 0, the 0 will not be displayed.

So, just use a pattern to allow ony digits in the input and use the variable as string and not int.

The issue is present on 17 too.

Here the number proposed starts with 0 (0240......). and we see only 240.......
