How do I use this?

Sorry I'm really stupid, not a programmer. The original out-of-date project provided a zip with exe, but I can't find anything under releases or packages for this one. Am I supposed to mangle the two together, or do I need to compile this one on my own?

You should be able to compile this one. If you have Visual Studio you should be able to open the .sln file and go from there.
The solution contains two projects, the injector (the exe that inserts the hitbox code into STRIVE while its running). and the payload (the .dll that contains the hitbox code).
