Project Description
HireDesk is an AI-assisted hiring platform designed to reduce the manual effort involved in recruitment and interview shortlisting. While most hiring platforms focus only on job posting and application collection, HireDesk goes a step further by introducing ML-based resume analysis and intelligent candidate ranking. Recruiters can upload resumes individually or in bulk and receive relevance scores based on job requirements, helping them shortlist candidates faster and with more clarity. The platform also includes a Resume Analyzer that provides insights and improvement suggestions, along with an AI-powered chat assistant to support both recruiters and candidates with hiring-related queries. Overall, HireDesk aims to make hiring more efficient, fair, and scalable for startups and growing organizations.
