GEOSadas Develop has an "old" parallel_build.csh #401
Description
As discovered by @weiyuan-jiang in trying to build GEOSadas develop, the parallel_build.csh (which really calls ESMA_env's build.csh) is a bit old. It has references to things like the skylakes at NCCS which no longer exist.
For @rtodling: Would you like me to make an ESMA_env v4.29.x that has an updated build.csh? I'd probably just pull over the most recent where at NCCS it defaults to Milan and removes all the node types that no longer exist at NCCS and NAS.
