Add EVM NFT configurations

Starting from this PR GLEECBTC/komodo-defi-framework#2129 NFT, along with all other tokens, now relies on the "protocol" from the coin config file, instead of using only the configuration of the platform coin during the activation process.

So there is a need to add NFT_..platformcoin configurations to coins config
